DALLAS, TEXAS (1994 – 1995)

As Vice President of sales for Trilogy, an enterprise software company specializing in e-business solutions for the Global 2000.

Lancaster built a high-performance sales team to capitalize on client-server technology.

In just one year, he more than tripled revenues to $38 million from $11 million, and hired 26 people for the sales organization. Lancaster’s customer base included Boeing, IBM, Otis Elevator, Fisher Rosemont, Emerson Electric, Reynolds and Reynolds, Ditch Witch, and Alcatel, among others.
