Oracle

Oracle - Reagan Lancaster

Reagan Lancaster started as a district manager handling commercial territory in a pure “hunter” role. Based on his success over 6 years, Lancaster was able to accomplish #1 salesman in the world for multiple years. Became the #1 regional manager, most valuable player in the Central United States, Regional Vice President, among many other accolades.

Lancaster was a consistent overachiever at Oracle in revenue production.

He hired and trained a team from scratch to lead the world in sales for Oracle. Oracle grew from 100M to 13B in the time Reagan Lancaster was there. In 1990 Oracle almost went out of business and took a loan from Nippon Steel.

Oracle’s product set was highly challenged during the time Lancaster was there. Oracle’s product line was not stable to the end of Lancaster’s tenure, which made all the sales in competition extremely difficult to close, showing how great a salesman Lancaster really was to continue to close major deals across the world for the company.
